Information about programs that are no longer offered by the Georgia Tech Language Institute.

Intensive English Program (IEP)

The Georgia Tech Language Institute no longer offers the Intensive English Program. This includes all levels of IEP coursework, including the 700-level courses that were previously used to satisfy the Georgia Tech graduate English proficiency requirement.

If you are a prospective graduate applicant: you can satisfy the English proficiency requirement through TOEFL iBT or IELTS Academic scores. See the Graduate Education English Proficiency page for details.

Short Courses

The Georgia Tech Language Institute no longer offers Short Courses (short-term, four-week English communication courses).
